At WashMas.app we take the privacy of everyone who visits this site, requests a demo, or downloads our free guide seriously. This document explains what data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights.
Who is the data controller?
The controller of the data collected through this website is Francisco Javier González Martín (WashMas.app), tax ID (NIF) 78854910P, registered at Calle San Isidro San Matías 18, 3º, 38108 La Laguna, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. What data do we collect?
- "Request a demo" form: name, email, phone (optional), and how many machines your laundromat has.
- Booking a call: if you complete the demo form, we offer to book a call via Cal.com — at that step, Cal.com receives your name, email, and the date/time you pick to manage the booking.
- "Download the guide" form: name, email, and phone.
- Anti-spam verification (Cloudflare Turnstile): before any form submits, a small automatic challenge confirms you're not a bot. It doesn't use advertising tracking cookies.
- Usage analytics (only if you accept cookies): pages visited, interactions with buttons and links, device and browser type, via PostHog. It never runs until you accept the cookie notice, and you can decline it or change your mind at any time — see Cookies and analytics.
- Approximate location: we use the network information Cloudflare already provides on each request (not an external service) to show content tailored to the Canary Islands or the rest of Spain. It isn't stored permanently or cross-referenced with your other data.
What do we use your data for?
- Handling your demo request and getting in touch with you.
- Sending you the free guide you requested.
- Managing a call booking, if you choose to schedule one.
- Preventing spam and abuse on our forms.
- Understanding how the site is used to improve it (only with your consent).
What's the legal basis?
Your consent, given when you voluntarily fill in and submit a form, or when you accept analytics cookies. Anti-spam verification relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the site free of abuse, without affecting your rights and freedoms.
Who do we share your data with?
We don't sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising. To provide the service, we work with the following providers, who act as data processors:
- Supabase: stores demo and guide form data.
- Resend: sends notification emails and the downloadable guide.
- Cal.com: manages call bookings, if you choose to complete that step.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site, verifies you're not a bot (Turnstile), and detects your approximate region to show tailored content.
- PostHog: usage analytics, only if you accept cookies.
These providers may process data inside or outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, they do so under the safeguards required by GDPR (standard contractual clauses or another approved mechanism).
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, for commercial contacts, for as long as we have an active relationship with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see the rights section below.
What are your rights?
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability at any time by writing to hello@washmas.app. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe we haven't handled your data correctly.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a single analytics tool, PostHog, and it only runs if you accept the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you decline it, no analytics script loads and no tracking cookie is stored. Minors
This site is aimed at people who run or want to digitize a self-service laundromat, not at minors. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if how we handle your data changes. If a change is significant, we'll note it on this same page.
